Martin grew up in Teddington, which is not far from Twickenham. The film studios are up for sale but the most recent prospective purchaser has just pulled out, thereby leaving the studios in danger of closure. Martin, along with Sir Ian McKellan and James Nesbitt have made videos expressing their concerns about the possible closure.
