Thank you for the link! I enjoyed the summary a lot. All interesting points.

There is also a link to the same girl asking Mark her question later: https://consultingdadtective.tumblr.com/post/156129438117/i-went-to-a-mofftiss-talk-in-cambridge-today-and
The write up sounds like Eurus was their plan from the get go but it's obviously not true. Being their plan "for years" means probably the three years since HLV, not all the way back since S1. Good thing Mark evaded the question about the sister comment in ASIP

My pleasure
I also think, Mark did not say the entire truth about Eurus...
But I like the part about the 5th season (there is a hope!), and about writing Mycroft's role - he was so perfect Mycroft, from very beginning, that I was sure, he created this character for himself.

Thank you for posting the link! Mark and Steven are very generous and witty and make the best of not too stellar questions...

The interviewer tiptoes around low ratings, social media lash out and negative critical response *eye roll*
She's so uncomfortable asking these questions even in a round about, sort of general way, that I'd become flustered myself if I were Mark and Steven! More kudos to them for replying so gracefully.
