Hello everyone!

I'm a student from Berlin and currently writing an essay on the meaning of digital media for BBC's Sherlock. For this purpose I'm also conducting a "Sherlock Fandom Survey" - initially I just wanted to ask digital-media related questions, but somehow it evolved into something much more fun

It would be lovely of you to help out a fellow fan and participate! I'd like to have as many respondents as poosible. Anyone familiar with the BBC version can partake!

Thank you all so much in advance!

Best regards, Jay

I've already done it before.  Nice survey btw. But question about one favourite episode? Cruel

I'm answering your survey right now. It's a nice one. Good that there is a part where you can write additional infos.

I just completed your survey. Hardest question was deciding if I prefer ASIP or TBB more in series one.

Mary

John: That's clever. So you scratch their backs and...
Sherlock: Yes. And then disinfect myself.

Btw, randomly can I applaud you for your choices of gender?

Honest I think I had to close my eyes when choosing my fave episode... yikes.

I tried to deal with it by putting Mycroft for that and then Moriarty for the villain.

I probably totally skewed your survey, being a hardcore non-Johnlocker and liking Mary as a character.

Thank you! It was important to me to give them even though I'm a cis woman, but that doesn't mean everyone's so sure. While researching how to formulate such questions in surveys most would just say: Put female, male and "other", which appaled me...

Hehe, you are not alone :D there are a lot more than you might think! And I have to say, even if I believe she is working for Moriarty, I do like Mary as a character!

Yeah, "other" really sounds odd.
Your "solution" is well done!
