I'm seeing a lot of people posting theories that Mary Morstan is Moran, or that Tom is Moran, so just to nip those in the bud; please recall that the Peer of the Realm who was orchestrating the plan to blow up parliament was Moran.
His character has already been done in The Empty Hearse.
