Ha ha…. what all of you suggested.    Oh, sure, I wondered.  Then promptly dismissed it as  the writers being teasingly gratuitous again  needing to leave room for the wires and easy access to check his bandage.

Rewatched HLV again last night.  Ben's acting in the mind palace scene just blows me away.  He makes the pain so real.

YES ... AAAAND that was in his head. Nobody told him to do. Moriarty only was a tool to make it visual.

There should have been more hospital action, more of johns anxious wait, more of Sherlock being a pain in the ass. More topless shots ;)

Watched HLV at the symposium at UCL on Friday and seeing the mind palace scene on a big screen just made it even better. The whole sequence is incredible and then bam it's followed with the Leinster Gardens/ Baker Street sequence. It's INCREDIBLE.

This bit, however is the most heartbreaking.....



Benedict's acting!!!!! Gah I can't even....
