-web editor for the University of Minnesota
-local investigator of my rural community's historical and paranormal mysteries
-author of The Smallest Slytherin fanfic trilogy
-ringer in church bell choir
-big fan of Bible study and the belief that God shows His love for us through other people
-seriously jealous of JohnJohn's Route 66 trip. Gotta do that some day.
-deeply distressed by polarized conservatives and liberals
-making trip to England in May. First time out of North America! Been planning for over a decade; latest plans include shopping for newspapers and magazines covering all things Sherlock!

-School (boring)
-'Socialising' e.g talking to my friends about Sherlock/DW/AF/Tumblr
-Reading (does that count?)
-Writing fanfics
-Not much else.

When I'm not doing something Sherlock-related, then I'm probably asleep. Even my thoughts revolve mainly around fictional characters, or what happens to them. It's quite annoying sometimes...

Threatened with burning 'cos his stories were tall
Sherlock Holmes had a great fall
All Mycroft's horses and all Lestrade's men
Couldn't put John back together again

Get your salt and get your gun
An IOU apple? C'mon, you must think!
Let us go -- be ready to run
And remember -- above all -- DO NOT BLINK.

Warning: awkward newbie alert! I will be tenatively posting in random topics until I have established some kind of a rough presence. And then I will probabably continue doing so. You have been warned.

My first fanfic Crossover between Sherlock and AF

All you others who write fanfic, how about some links?  If you're comfortable sharing.  No pressure.

I'm at home most of the time since I can't walk properly at the moment, so I mostly just sleep, study, watch TV, etc. Nothing overly exciting, haha. Occasionally practice piano or hobble outside to do some gardening.

I've been to Toruń several times, within the framework of school trips I like Toruń gingerbread very much, yummy!

I spend my time usually hanging out with my friends. I live right next to a forest, literally, so I also spend lots of time out there as well. Oh yes, I also love to read and write. And swordfight with sticks with my younger sisters. ;)

When I'm not Sherlocking, I'm making films with my friends, playing cello, or composing. My dream is to be a film composer, so I also spend a lot of time just listening to film scores and studying and analyzing them. (The Sherlock score is fantastic, one of my favorites!). Like most of the people here, I wish my life was more adventurous and spontaneous. Although making films has allowed for some of that - I currently have a giant gash on my foot from when we were making The Two Towers into a film, and I was thrown down a hill as Wormtongue. Great fun, but it will definitely bruise!

I work as a Pharmacy Tech at a 24 Hour Pharmacy, when I can I an collaborating with a writing partner on Scripts for a variety of subjects. We placed a couple of years a go at the Las Vegas Film Festival Script competition...but didn't 'sell' it.

We're currently rewriting a Vampire tale into an Erotic book.

I make jewelry inspired by the original Beauty and the Beast (1987), designs involve Quartz crystals and roses (but not together)

I Moderate a fan board for two of Ron Koslow's TV shows, Moonlight and Beauty and the Beast (www.VincentsMoonlitCarousel.com)

And then I try to catch some sleep!

I am a stay at home mom to a 4 year old and 2 year old.  They have preschool and my daughter has dance, so I'm driving them somewhere 5 days a week.  We also have many friends that we do things with, as we have no family within 500 miles.  I crochet, cook, clean, listen to music, play piano, mess around on the computer, and read in my spare time...when I have it XD

I'd just like to point out that the title of this thread is rather ambiguous...if you know what I mean
