Yes, you are right, it is a manip. I remember seeing the original photograph somewhere, there is someone standing between them or next to them, and they are both pointing at that person and not at each other.

But the house behind them IS interesting!

Usually, when anything new picture-wise is posted, it's retweeted about a million times over the next couple of days. It would be very odd for me (since I check tumblr and twitter everyday) to not see it as some point. That's why I was suspicious of it.

I basically get why fans create those manips, and some of them are really sweet and funny (like the Martin-hedgehog pictures), but sometimes it annoys me a bit...

I think you're all probably only too aware:
They all annoy me, all the time.
No I don't mind some of the ones from the show, with funny captions...but no generally, they drive me bananas.

I don't mind when they are clearly labeled as such...but many people have gone trolling with them, which I despise.

Well... you can actually tell that it's a manip because you'll never find that picture in the internet without her signature on it. It's still a very good manip.

The pics of Martin...oh dear...

But the others...possibly from when Sherlockhas dragged John from the bonfire? We've seen photos of Martin with scratches on his face afterwards, so it's possible.

They were filming the explanation of the fall scene for TEH, and they covered his face in blood.
