I have no problem with spanking, though I'd assert few parents do it effectively.  As for B, I get the sense he was spoiled and indulged when small and made someone else's problem (boarding school) when he got older.

I wouldn't be surprised if as a toddler he got the occasional tap on the back of the hand or swat on a diapered bum.    Which doesn't mean he wasn't also spoiled.

Anyway, I wonder if I wonder about Benedict too much?  *giggle*

It's only those who DON'T wonder if they wonder about Benedict too much who wonder about Benedict too much.

(As a fellow curly person)  I wonder if Benedict has ever gotten really pissed at his hair.

I wonder what Benedict wants Santa to bring him for Christmas?

I imagine he's looking forward to a quiet time with his family.

I wonder if Benedict's mom called him by his full name when he was in trouble?

"BENEDICT TIMOTHY CARLTON CUMBERBATCH!  You come here right this instant"!

I wonder what size shoe Benedict wears?  (does anyone here actually know?  *giggle*)

I wonder where Benedict got his Brooklyn Bridge t-shirt?

Brooklyn?  *giggle*

I wonder what ring tone Benedict has on his mobile for Martin.

I wonder if there's a gag reel anywhere with Benedict swearing in Smaug's voice.

Slightly touchy one.  I wonder why Benedict is so free with his middle finger.

Really?  Because the butt pinch was funny (at the HOBBIT premiere) but the flip-off made me feel sad for both of them.  And I've seen Benedict do it elsewhere...

They're just human.  Martin swears like a sailor.  I have been known to flip off close friends.
For the most part they are both utter gentlemen.  Doesn't bother me if they cut up a bit.

Did some Googling.  There's support out there for your theory.

Honestly, I'd be more worried if they didn't cut up now and again!

I wonder if Benedict prefers to sleep on his back, his side or his tummy?

I imagine him to be a sprawler.  Flat on his back in the middle of the bed, arms and legs everywhere.

But that's just me.
