This one I loved in HLV :D

Mycroft: "I hope I won’t have to threaten you as well"
John: "Well, I think we both find that embarrassing."

-Could you whisper...?
-NOT REALLY!!

"The thing about Mary, she has completely turned my life around. Changed everything. But, for the record, over the last few years there are two people to have done that and the other one is... a complete dickhead."

I was laughing so hard XD

Molly: "And we're having quite a lot of sex."
Sherlock:

John:
Sherlock:

The one quote that randomly pops into my head and gets me giggling is "Sherlock Holmes, if you've been YouTubing!"

There's so much revealed about both Mrs. H and Sherlock in that quote, I don't know where to start.

Mary

John: That's clever. So you scratch their backs and...
Sherlock: Yes. And then disinfect myself.

One bit that gets me every time is:

SH: I can still prove that you created an entirely false identity.
JM: Oh, just kill yourself, it's a lot less effort. Go on. For me. Pleeeeeaaaase?
SH: You're insane.
JM: You're just getting that now?

Jim at his best. :D

My favourite line from THOB is "If I wanted to read poetry I's read John's emails to his girlfriends, it's much funnier"

Poor long suffering John.

That Jim is being held off a roof by the lapels of his coat and still decides to be a sarcastic arsehole gets me every time.

Also love the bit in HLV when John finds Sherlock in the drugs den and he bursts through the door before bellowing "WELL I'M NOT NOW!" and poor Mary is in the car all confused haha!

I always love the scene in ASIB, when Sherlock throws the rogue CIA agent out the window.

"Lestrade: And exactly how many times did he fall out of a window?

Sherlock: It's all a bit of a blur, Detective Inspector. I lost count."

Ahahahahaha!

Ahahahahaha!

Also very funny: Sherlock asks Lestrade to send over his least irritating officer - and it turns out that Lestrade's least irritating officer is Lestrade himself.

I've just watched TSOT and thought it was so funny when inebriated Sherlock looks at things and sees what we see (like "cardigan" and "sleep"), instead of his usual brilliant deductions.  He gets a glimpse of what it's like inside our tiny brains.
