We just got a message from Netflix saying that Season 2 in now available. (That's Series 2 for you Brits, but I don't hink you get Netflix.) Probably most of us have the DVDs. but it is good to be able to tell your friends where they can see Season 2.

Awesome!  Of course I have the DVDs but this'll be great for when the DVDs are in the other room and I don't feel like walking across the house... lol!  And I will immediately post a Facebook status to alert those yet to be converted.

Did you say, 'Still needs to watch'? Oh my Lord! your poor deprived friend! Mind you, once they have watched they may never be the same again!

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.

^ Yeah, I JUST got him to watch Season 1 last week and he loved it. I was going to let him borrow my Season 2 but netflix is way more convenient. Problem is, he wants to watch Season 1 AGAIN before he watches Season 2! I'm dying for him to get on with it though!

It's kind of like you want to watch all of them at once, isn't it?

Since I posted about this on Facebook, my sister and a good friend of mine have both started watching it and they love it!  Yay!  (I also joked with my students that I'd give them bonus points if they'd watch, and a couple of them said they've already watched it and talked about how great it is. )

My sister just posted on FB that she watched all of the episodes but Reichenbach today.  And my friend's husband tonight said that he got halfway through TRF today at work but didn't get to finish it.  I don't know HOW these people can stop watching at a time like that!  Oh, the Reichenbach feels... they get me every time.  I'm so glad that so many people are getting into Sherlock!

And no, I haven't given them bonus points... yet.

They should give you points of gratitude for introducing them to Sherlock.
