Where did you find this one? I'm surprised about myself. I think I should definitely contact Moftiss.

Tod in Blau, "Danke für die Erläuterung," sagte Leo trocken.
Folks, we can skip those boring fanfics and keep on to Susi's books

Oh, this is so exciting. Discovering new things about my books. Oh my prophetic soul.

OMG I've caved and become an enjoyer of Johnlock slash fanfic. What happened to me?!

I started reading Saving Sherlock Holmes and got really frustrated that there were no new chapters. How do you find out when new chapters are up if you don't have an account? I've read quite a few decent fics that are uncompleted and I can't keep track. It's very sad.

Also, saw a rec for 221B Queens School but it's been removed from AO3 by the author. Does anyone have it?

If you really want hard core slash (virtually porn) try A Cure For Boredom. It's....pretty full on.

Also loved The Heart in the Whole. Control Alt Delete is an interesting look on the whole 'deleting memories' idea.

Yeah...I've been reading lots of fic

Don't worry, Wholocked, everything's alright. Things like this just happen.  After finishing The Progress of Sherlock (by IvyBlossom, she's really good, I love her style very much) I actually wanted to return to "real" books. But now you've come along with new recommendations.

Ah yeah I'm reading Progress now. So few of the fics I've found look at the world through Sherlock's eyes so it's nice to find some that do.

Yes, it's interesting for once to get Sherlock's perspective. I also liked The Quiet Man by IvyBlossom which I mentioned somewhere in this thread.

Nice to have you around, Wholocked  - I'm also glad I gave it a try.
You might enjoy Curious Case by Cleo2010 from what you told.
For me that one is slightly too much PWP (plot?whatplot?) so I don't know if I will actually finish it.
My favorite is maybe The Road Less Travelled (with 2 changing perspectives!)  and some of Ivyblossom.
My first one was The Seduction of Dr. John Watson, which is a nice comedy, not outstanding but still worth checking.

Yeah I've read The Road Less Traveled too.

One of my favs is Darkling, I listen, but there've been no new chapters for AGES

There's also The Green Blade. It's not Johnlock, the relationship is more canon, but it's quite good. I love the "That's why he plays, you idiot" line. Wait for it ;)

Anyone in the mood for a little Johnlock 'trick or treat' tonight then?   Short and kind of cute....

Just reading it. Had to laugh out loud more than once. "Let's pretend it's your gun." LOL

The 'Green Blade' is definitely in the Top 25 of the Best FanFiction ever.

The characterisation is amazing, and even the relationship is canon (aka platonical). Amazing.

And a real plot!

Sorry, I forgot who recommended The Violet Hour, I guess it was Harriet. I'm just reading it, interesting historical and cultural background. Quite unusual.

Has this one been posted here yet?  I stumbled across it today and really enjoyed it - only 5 chapters and very good fun. The dialogue/banter is excellent- barely a misstep in my opinion. The author's note at the beginning says something about "cheesy and ridiculous".  Don't believe it - it's fun and well written.  Just go with it and you'll see.
