John (thinking): I hope we never have to take a nap in the middle of an investigation again.  Sherlock's snoring is terrible.

Sherlock: John!
John: Hm?
Sherlock: I need to tell you....
John: What?
Sherlock: ...
John: Damn, he's sleep-talking again.

Sherlock + John thinking:
I mustn't move, although it's uncomfy like hell. I mustn't make noises or he will know I'm still very much awake. I must never tell him how I can feel his body heat even through the coat and how good it feels. I mustn't think about how much I want to turn and look at him.........

My heart aches for love and sappy-sad happiness today...

Very nice contributions so far. But come on, ladies, there are more of you out there! What more do you want to fuel your imagination?

Sherlock:  Well, this is not exactly what I had in mind, but technically I am sleeping with John!

John: I'm somewhat glad the captain didn't give smart-ass a wide berth but a small bunk!

JOHN: Sherlock... Sherlock!
SHERLOCK: Hmmm?
JOHN: Something is poking my back, Sherlock.
SHERLOCK: That could be me, but you are playin´....

What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

John: Sherlock?
Sherlock: What?
John: You don't happen to have a spare nicotine patch at hand?

John: "Have you spoken to Mycroft, Molly, uh, anyone?"
Mrs Hudson: "They don’t matter. You do."

I BELIEVE IN SERIES 5!
