I'm planning on loading up on carbs and taking a long nap on Sunday afternoon in preperation.

Is the air time the same as last week?

I'm making a cake and depending on how HLV affects me I might share it with my friends who are tagging along for the episode.  ;)

It will only be about 3:30 in Atlanta at the air time.  So at least I'll have a while before bedtime.
