What are you most excited about in regard to the new series?

...apart from the new episodes themselves, of course.

First of all I'm looking forward to all the new reviews. Will Caitlin Moran dare to write about 3/1 after that terrible gaffe at the BFI preview?

Second all the new and interesting meta that's going to pop up everywhere, I'm sure. And the ensuing discussions, of course.

And third GIFs, fanvids and new fics - yay!

The fandom explosion of course!! Overanalysing every character arc, wondering about the new cliffhanger, it's gonna be fun!

New fics would be cool, but I'm even more looking forward to my own, last time I plotted a canonfic Reichenbach sequel because the Moftiss are SLOW, it was great fun and I'm totally gonna do a sequel for HLV. 

And I want to hear more from the Moftiss, how they came up with all their ideas and so on, they're so secretive now.

Oh, yes, I've pre-ordered the DVDs, of course, and I'm looking forward to one or two eps with creators comments again, hopefully!

Definitely!  I've been super-into other shows and such, but usually only to following blogs/picture sites related to… this is the first time having a fun, active forum all following the show (and all that other good stuff) together. 
(That, and seeing all new Sherlock-y goodness again, of course)

Excited about the possibility of a heartwarming hug once John gets over being pissed off.  Will be fun to see Sherlock's reaction should it happen

Yeah, but the question was not what are you most excited about seeing *in* the new series - there is already a thread for that, I believe - the question was "What are you most excited about in regard to the new series?", meaning fan reactions etc.
