Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

Deduction scenes feature a scull on the wall? Sounds dangerous!

And Sherlock is still scruffy.

They built up a wall of mirrors. And shot Sherlock with the 221b tapestry coming down behind him. This looks amazing. All of it. I am sure, at least episode 2 is going to kill me.

Count me in. I love his kept up appearance but the scruff is sexy too.

You can imagine luring him into the bathroom, bathing him, combing those unruly curls sensuously and removing the beard covering every shaved up place on that jaw with a kiss....

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

I've been thinking about something:

In canon, the surprising twist is that Holmes is not dying, just pretending.

What if in S2 Sherlock is not pretending to be dying like everybody believes but is really dangerously ill? That would be the modern version of the surprising twist.

Yeah, it could be. I lean towards this possibility.

Although, it would be a bit of an overkill if Sherlock would be seriously dying/on the verge of death the third episode in a row (HLV, TAB and this one).

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

I agree Nakahara.  I'm getting a bit fed up of near deaths.   But still a good twist - especially if this time John and everybody were in on Sherlock's plan to pretend, and so didn't cotton on to the fact that he was actually seriously ill.

Who would deduce the truth and save him, if he was incapacitated?  Or would he be able to get a message across?

Who knows ... but I'm loving the medical theme, and very excited!
