I'm a bit late to the party, but... this means that Moriarty is definitly in S4? I always felt it a bit off that he would be properly and truly dead in the middle of the show, considering he's Sherlock's nemesis.

Hm... except the fact that these weren't setlock pictures... Moriarty is dead in the special, too. Which doesn't mean we didn't see him.

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

Yeah, bit confusing with non-Setlock pics in the Setlock thread.

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

Weird little rant from Amanda:

-----------------------------------

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Maybe she´s reffering to this?

Well someone had called her (Amanda) a brat, apparently in jest.

Well she is, if she doesn't grudge us our fun with setlock and supposed spoilers.

A train, I'm guessing.
But anyway, I started singing Iggy Pop's: I am  a Passenger.

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

Has anybody seen this picture?
A friend sent it to me but I don't know yet where she'd got it from O.o

She says the speculation is that it's the third brother, but the do looks totally female to me.

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

Well if it's Benedict( and I think it is, isn't that his chair?!)...it does fit in with other spoiler things I've seen, but that would indicate The Empty House...which we've kind of had!  But maybe I'm mixing my stories...
The only other canon one I can think of like that is...and I've forgotten what is's called, but it's where a female does sit by a window.

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

Ahh, no.  It was posted further up (and originally by Arwel) that it's the director Rachel Talalay, enjoying a famous seat for a moment.      Interesting how pics can be taken out of context when re-posted without the original info!   And the cool 'in the dark' style of shot that adds to mystery...

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

Thanks for the clarification! I must have missed this pic earlier. So glad the hairdo turned out to be female at last (else I'd have to have WORDS with Sherlock!).

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

haha, poor Ben, complaining for years that his Sherlock hair "makes him look like a girl" an no-one believes him

and no Ben, we still insist on the curls, deal with it, they are fantastic

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

I confess when I watch him work, I don't really focus on the hair.
And I've just realised that sounds rude!
No,  it's his face, his body language...he's just brilliant.
