Random:
After setlock there are a couple of things I'm fairly certain about.
1. I believe that the series in general will have a lot of flashbacks.
2. The distressed we've seen is not faking it. I don't know if he's really ill or has been drugged but I do not thing what ever he is feeling is a sham.
3. What ever the BIG SHOCKING GROUNDBREAKING TWIST is, it's not Moriarty still being alive. They filmed with Andrew out in the open and made no attempt to hide the fact. Amanda tweeted photos of Andrew filming. They would never had done that if it was something as simple as, yea, Moriarty faked his death too.
How about you guys? Even though we can't be absolutely sure of anything and could always be wrong, is there anything you are basically convinced of now that setlock is over;.

Yes, I agree with your points. From the trailer it seems this will be dealing quite a bit with Sherlock's past. That he will have to deal with his "demons", whatever they are. And seeing as the third word was "Sherrinford", perhaps it has something to do with the third brother? (If there is one, you never know with these guys).
I am also quite convinced that something will happen to the baby, quite early-ish on.

So... this is also means this is the last we weill see of the those curls until possibly next time. *sighs*

Nothing that I am absolutely certain about, but I agree with the above points. I also think that there is not going to be an awful lot of baby stuff. There are going to be surprises with Mary, they're going to elaborate on her past (thankfully!) and she will kill (possibly in flashback, but I think possibly in current time too - what's the point of an assassin if she doesn't assassinate?). There will also be a surprise or surpises related to the past (very broad, I know ... but the flashbacks seem to be going through previous episodes and I get the feeling we might get another take on something we've previously seen). We'll see further personal development for Sherlock, particularly around emotions and relationships with other people. Mycroft will play a key part. Somebody we know will probably die (Mary and baby are the likely candidates, but I'm wondering if it will be somebody else, just to mess with us). We will cry.

Yes, this is a given. I fear it's very much the truth, no matter what else will happen.

If, as we surmise, Mary and the baby do die, it'll be John who'll be doing the bulk of the crying, I strongly suspect. He will need Sherlock's support and the support of his other friends.

I think we can count on this one.

I fully agree. :-(
Furthermore I am sure that
1 the happy Watson family chasing criminals together with baby, dog and Uncle Sherlock is not real or very short live
2 Sherlock is seriously ill in E2
3 the Lady in Red exists mostly or completely in Sherlock's mind and is not a love interesting

I have no doubts about that, ugh.
They should release official Sherlock tissues

Thank you for that, nakahara.
Previously I'd only seen David's tweet.
Glad to see Mark's too and it give it more context.
So hopefully more Sherlock to come.
