Well, the worst rug pull would be to have a villain one has always counted among the good ones. Molly would be perfect. Or Mycroft. Not exactly a good man but at least apparently the loving big brother.

I just... I can't, and I don't want to see Molly that way... but perhaps that would make it a great plot twist...
It would just break my heart... I really, really like Molly

Same here. I am in no way sure, it is just speculation. My bet is on Mycroft if we are going to get a devastating rug pull.

I wouldn't mind seeing it, but for the fact that it wouldn't make any sense. There has been absolutely no hint of it whatsoever, and her emotional outburst during HLV was too genuine; she clearly cares about Sherlock for real.
Occam's Razor is that it's far more likely she's been coerced, or kidnapped, now that Moriarty knows she was important to Sherlock. Of all the people he cares about, she's most likely the easiest target, too.

I've wondered about Molly, purely because I was wondering if they'd make a villain out of somebody we already know I don't think she's a terribly good candidate for the above reasons - I don't think there have been dark hints. It was also mess up both their developments - she has dealt with being "a woman scorned", Sherlock has realised the value of people who care about him and so on. She's been at the right place at the right time to be involved with Moriarty's death, but I don't get any hint of that in TEH.
(Yes, I did consider Mrs Hudson, Lestrade and of course, Mycroft. I did even think of John for the darkest of dark twists but am very confident that they wouldn't go there! Mary is the most obvious, but then she's not the "story they've been telling from the beginning" which makes her less likely to be an archvillain (although she could be a more minor one) and she's already had a big reveal. Molly has been there from the beginning, but they do say that she wasn't originally written as a major character.).

I had another look at the pics and my guess is: Andrew was filming on the beach, Benedict was apparently filming in the nearby cottage in the village. So she probably went over to say hello while being still in costume. There is not confirmation of them filming a scene together on the beach.

Good!

Phew!! I'm relieved. It makes sense if they were close by that she'd go over to say hi

Could still have been filming!

Watched Granadas Devils foot adventure again recently and noticed the beginning ( shots of a beachy island and a break in to steal the drug ) seems similar to the scenes filmed at Tenby .
I wonder if the Moriarty beach scenes will be sfx'ed into some kind of devils foot type hallucination as in Granada episodes one . I think the drugged hallucination there was brilliantly done , though it does seem repetitive of what we've seen of the dying detective filming .
Still can't wait to see it all .
Love Sues tweet and the casts Come on Wales gift !

I bet that this is Jim´s evil twin (one of his two brothers, both called "James").
Or it will be a real Jim and the man who shot himself into his head was an impostor?
Or it is an elaborate mind palace again?

Benedict on the beach:
His Sherlock looks to be better now, doesn´t he? No stubble, no matted up, greasy hair...a bit healthier.

Yes he does
Hope he is faking in dying detective , and then maybe a real drugged hallucination in devils.
can't deal with too much angst

Bring it on!

Maybe it really resembles the plot of "The Devil´s Foot"... Sherlock comes to Cornwall to definitely give up drugs.

Amanda and Andrew have both tweeted the Moriarty setlock pictures. What ever we think this is, I'm certain that's not it. There are absolutely shenanigans afoot!

Andrew has Twitter?
Since when?
News to me.
Just checked, I'm pretty sure he still doesn't do Twitter.
I also can't find th pix on Amanda's page...

I saw it on tumblr. They had screenshots of Twitter. Suppose it could be a shame but................not sure.

I'm still pondering the fact that they've made no attempt to hide the Andrew scenes (apparently), but made great effort it to keep it secret that he was in TAB. (Because it wouldn't really have been a huge spoiler that if they were doing a Victorian Sherlock, they'd include a Victorian Moriarty?). Which suggests either that it's even less of a spoiler than in TAB, OR that they're fooling us! Less of a spoiler could mean it's just a flashback/mind palace. And maybe they think we now expect to see Andrew in ever series anyway! Or maybe they are seeing Setlock as more of an event this time and happy to give lots of clues - it certainly generates interest (although I suspect those following setlock won't need any encouragement to watch the show when it airs!).
I do kind of like the double bluff aspect of this being true along with the Moriarty/Mycroft handshake though.

Amanda keeps deleting her tweets quite often. The tweet as such is genuine.
As for Moriarty - yes, one tends to explain a lot of things with dream or MP. Which I love doing myself. But of course he could be back. But then this beach scene has not been the big showdown. I really do not see them giving such a thing away. There were no pics of Loo filming with Andrew on the beach. Benedict was present very shortly, getting off and on the helicopter. Martin maybe had a scene with Andrew, not quite sure about that.
