Funafuti (capital of Tuvalu)
Georgetown (Guyana)
Hellas Planitia (largest visible impact crater known in the Solar System, located on planet Mars and presumably its capital)
Islamabad (Pakistan)
Jakarta
Kuala Lumpur
Lisbon ("London" would be wrong, they have had sex there already)
Malé (Maldives)
Nassau (Bahamas, as in "sex on the beach")
Oslo (where gay men could dance even in the fifties)
As I read this ... Oslo ... I had contact a while ago to a German guy who lived in Oslo And he told me that beiing gay in Norway isn't always that easy.

Interesting. It was an allusion to Alan Turing who wanted to go to Norway because he had heard that they had places where men could dance with each other. I have no idea how tolerant the country was at the time but it seems it was more tolerant than Britain (which would have been easy).

Yeah Also knew that. Where did I get that from? Was it mentioned in Hodges' book?
Sorry, to bring that up here. It's off topic.

Prague (as Paris also fails for the same reasons as London)
Quito (a must, because it is the only capital starting with Q)
Rabat (as RIGA and Rome fail, too, for the same reasons again)
Seoul
Tehran (as Tokyo and Tallin fail - again)
Ulaanbaata (Mongolia, see Quinto)
Vilnius
Willemstad (Curacao)
Xanthi (Capital of the region of East Macedonia and Thrace. And only city in Greece that applies since they like everything the greek way.)
Yerevan (Armenia)
