argued that he did it on purpose so John has to fix his injuries afterwards when they are alone at 221 b...
Beat the ice visciously because it dared to harm his Sherlock!
Crept on hands and knees directly towards him and Checked for vital signs.
Determined that Sherlock needed mouth to mouth rescue breathing.
embraces him from head to toe to ensure body warmth.
Fumbles to unbutton Sherlock's shirt to make sure his chest is not constricted. 
ghosts with his lips over Sherlocks bare throat to check the pulse.

holds Sherlock down when he wants to stand up, insisting that his medical examination is not yet over.
