I wasn't aware of any kind of premiere...
Looks like a preview the cast and crew had, what with the subtitles and times.
I really hope it wasn't a premiere -because then I would have done everything in my power to go -that is, sell my kidneys- had I known.

Yes, that's what I wondered… I thought maybe some kind of opening night, hence my wording, but cast viewing much more likely. Are those two gifs at the waterfall really from the episode? I don't recall that moment at all, but I like it (at least what it looks like out of context).
