Maybe there was one, but maybe he meant that recently there hadn't been one? He also said he would have liked to, if I remember correctly. And when the person he was talking to told him Benedict had been given the role, Tennant said "Another posh" one.

Yes definitely, most of the filming in Wales by BBC Cymru, a producer/writer ist Scottish and the cast English ( most of them).
