Nope I'm not ready.
AAAAARGH.
EDIT:
I just realized I'll get to follow the Oscars on my Birthday, if I did the math right it'll run into the 23rd of February in the morning GMT time...
Couldn't ask for a better Birthday present than to see Ben win!

Oh you posted it here, I was wondering why there isn't a Oscars thread in the Ben department. Here are too many possibilities to post something
Anyway, I'm quite sure he gets a nomination therefore I'm less excited (I hope it isn't a mistake to be so sure )

Oh, and announced by JJ Abrams... I'm sure he'll be delighted when Benedict gets a nomination.

Yeah, no question for me that Benedict is going to be nominated.
I am just wondering how many nominations in total TIG will get and if Morten Tyldum is involved.Finally.

Yes I agree, gently. TIG doesn't seem to have a director!

Something I just can't understand. A brilliant film needs a brilliant mastermind behind. Which is the director and who has to be valued.

Or as Billy Crystal asked years ago in his opening song when Barbara Streisand didn't get a nomination as Best Director for "The Prince of Tides": Did this film direct itself...?!

I've always loved the Oscars. I get as excited as most people do for the Super Bowl!
Use to have a viewing party every year and schedule the day after off from work so I didn't have to worry about staying up late!
Then I got married and had kids and kinda got distracted for a few years. *giggle*
