Benedict is still in Berlin today, paying visits to stupid newspapers...

Couldn't he use his time on something a bit more useful... like hopping up to Copenhagen... lol.
Ah well. I'm not sad I got tickets for this event tonight anyway. I'm almost on my way even! I can't wait to see it finally! I started this thread exactly 2 years ago today... so it's a nice little loop there!

Triple LOL!

Heh, where did that happen?
I have to wait till Tuesday to see the movie in English in my local cinema. Your enthusiastic reviews don't make the wait any easier but I love reading them anyway

@ewige, probably during this interview:

I'd say it's one of the interviews he gave in Germany. English is definitey not her mother tongue.

I'll save the second gif, it's good for a lot of situations online.

Oh, my, this is funny and embarrassing at the same time.

Yep, def one of the short interviews in Germany. I watched the video log of hers, she says she had four minutes, reporters after her only two minutes each. Poor Ben, needing to be charming and eloquent with a never ending stream of new faces.
Besides, I suspect the wording in the beginning of the interview wasn't really accidental since the video log is titled "Wie wär's mit nem QUICKIE mit BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH?!" - sounds like bragging, but it's only my opinion.

I can't believe what I've just witnessed. I'm literally blown away by this film.
I'm actually glad I saw it in 3D... but I'll be able to compare after tomorrow...
I actually got a bit of motion sickness during a long scene...
Benedict is amazing! He's hot. I mean... really hot! He's funny, he's a super hero... The arrogant b*stard we also know did show his face.
Oh... and I got Mads to sign one of my magazines... and struck up a short conversation with Lars Mikkelsen who was a doll and signed my now worn out Sherlock bag...
I think I'll come with a more in depth review this weekend. Right now I feel I'm on a very natural high. I even forgot to put my music on on my way home... its my number one anxiety crutch!

Very glad to hear you had such a wonderful experience. And the Mikkelsen brothers on top, amazing.

The only minus was all the people constantly running in and out... One person taking a selfie in the middle of the film with full blitz despite being told there were strict rules several times... people clinking glass bottles and loudly opening bags despite a whole row of security guards and cinema employees.
And so many people left before the two clips at the end despite us being told not to... I sat next to a guy I deduced to be a Marvel fan... and I managed to stop him before the last clip.

It was the same in my cinema. Only the hardcore Marvel fans (and me) kept sitting there until the end.

I think I could have forgiven it if it wasn't for the constant migration of people during the film. There wasn't one second someone wasn't going in or out. and I'm not exaggerating!
I nearly stood up and yelled fir everyone to sit down...
Then again security had probably taken me down...

But on a positive note... when introducing the film Mads was gushing about Benedict again!
He said something along the lines of "and then they told me Benedict Cumberbatch was on it; and I really really wanted to do it!!"
I spy some Bromance!

I saw Doctor Strange today and it was bloody AWESOME!!!

Could it be Lars telling him: "An offer to do a film with Cumberbatch? Oh brother mine, do it! There's nothing better."
LOL
