I loved it then and still like it today. It's a sweet little comedy

Well, seems it is Monday. So I will have a go. It may not be a "typical" scene but I love it because it is very sweet and moving, especially if you have read the fic and know about the terrible times they went through:
Kill Switch by Todesfuge
"It was a long time later … Christmas Day."

Oh my, this one is very special. Very touching, so plain and almost quiet
(I'm almost tempted to say the word "anti-climax", but then, this is not the moment for puns.)

No, but I see what you mean and it is quite fitting.

I'm still quite sure the fic is not my cuppa, but this one made me check again

I loved this and the prequel but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. But they are well written with intricate plots and a really great Irene Adler.

Susi, can you give a hint in which chapter this can be found? It's so looooooong...!

Chapter 20.

If you open full work and search the start and end words, it should be easy even for you, Solar

Aw, I love mOnday. Susi, wonderful choice.
My own suggestion for today:
Albion and the Woodsman (54652 words) by Glenmore
Chapter 47, from "Am I making you feel better,..." till " just seconds after him."

My recommendation for this mOnday:
Gone from the Gentle Battleground by proffessorfangirl
Very beautiful prose, reads more like poetry instead.
The scene begins with "As the humidity of tears" and last to the end of the story.

Oh, this is really beautiful. Now I had to download the whole fic.

The Seduction of Dr. John Watson, by XistentialAngst
This one was the first Johnlock O I've read in my life. A rather plain one, (M-rated), yet I will treasure this for ever and ever
"He slowly lowered" ... "heaven."

Thanks, dear, what a nice way to start the day.
