In the UK, you can get through Now entertainment pass, but I don't know how much (i.e. if you same as you would with a Sky sub). The website is very uninformative. I have signed up in the past because there is something I've particularly wanted to watch (Twin Peaks!), but haven't been able to see what's on offer until I'm actually signed up. And then some of the "box sets" come and go. I also don't know if this package is available outside the UK. Sorry, it's not a very helpful answer!

But good to know that at least some other methods than ticket exist.
I am already resigned that I will most likely watch this project when it´s released on DVD (I hope it comes to that soon).

Hope they do release a DVD.

Yeah, I'm annoyed as hell that I won't be able to see this and, much as I adore His Nibs, I'm not buying into Sky! Do Sky ever release their series on DVD?

God I do hope so.

Anticipation is really building up now. Sky and even more Showtime do a lot of promotion to create a buzz for Patrick Melrose on social media. Showtime created an official Patrick Melrose group on Facebook, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the Patrick Melrose hashtag starts trending on Twitter this weekend with the airing of the first episode in the US and the UK. They dropped several more trailers with short clips from the show, bts footage and interview clips. There was a glamorous ‘Patrick Melrose’ dinner in London a few days ago, you can find countless pictures of Benedict and Sophie attending this event looking as fabulous as one could wish for. The first two episodes have been released to the media for reviews and most reviewers have nothing but praise for the show and especially Benedict’s outstanding performance. Patrick Melrose is rated “his best role yet.”
Sorry I can’t provide links to all the stuff, there such a wealth of material that it is overwhelming and I wouldn’t even know where to begin. What a glorious time to be a fan of Benedict Cumberbatch!

Sorry.
I had seen this offer before and misunderstood it.
So, cool!

There's also an offer on NOW TV at the moment, until the end of May - two months for the price of one, or a year's sub for less than half price. For new subs only, I think.
