Yes, there is a lot of good stuff, very nice of them to film in the open. 
And I imagine they are substituting Glasgow for NYC so that Benedict can stay with this family near. Good on him.

From the photos that I have been seeing on Tumblr of the shooting, I can't tell what this is about (if I read anything about the plot before, I don't remember it). But it's been fun to see what's going on.
In response to what you said, besley, maybe it would have made sense to stay with family while he's there for work.
