Well, since it doesn't seem to be an 'official announcement', I'd assume it wasn't deliberate. But so far I haven't even looked for that article (or whatever you wanna call it) and I don't intend to do it, so... no idea, really.

gently, yes. Of course I'd be absolutely fine with it if Benedict himself decided to announce this and to talk about it in public. I'd just hope he knows what he's doing.

I just hope Benedict will be able to choose the point in time to make it public. I definitely don't want the press to make this decision.

I feel like there's something I'm missing...
Anyways, it seems to have been just one gossip site that started this off so for all we know it might not even be true. I just hope he's happy, and if it IS true that no one close to him has betrayed him by leaking this.

I actually think the original website that posted this is just making it up. The reason I think that? No other gutter press (Daily Mail anyone?) has picked it up, and if they aren't touching it..... I wouldn't mind betting they have posted it to increase traffic on their site. Which is hurtful, and nasty.

Until he goes public with anyone I won't be speculating either way. Nothing changes for me, love and respect him just the same. As long as he's happy, single or attached, I'm happy.

I agree.
I'd be genuinely pleased for him if he found his soulmate, and would still feel exactly the same about him.
But I'm also beginning to wonder if this is another stunt by people trying to get traffic/followers for their site - people definitely use his name to do this, sadly.
