Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

Terry Pratchett the Great! I miss him. He is the same one who wrote about the indecent couple at Baker Street that needed to get married.

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

Thank you for this, nakahara...
Since I don't post in the "Greatest friendship" thread I would like to say a couple of things here:
I like the Martin interview, too. But yet again I must say that I'm sick and tired that Johnlock is reduced to sex. And that now the interpretation of a romantic relationship is stated as " misinterpretation" and " insulting to the actors" as matter of fact is an insult in itself. Especially as we had really deep discussions in the OTHER  thread. I'm tired of that and think I'll just retreat from that.
Furthermore I noticed that the interviewer did NOT ask about sex or johnlock, but why the characters were special and loved by fans.
And as a last one: I wished, too, they would stop asking questions about Benedict... I want Martins take on John as a character and what he thinks about his story arc.
Sorry, needed to get this off my chest...
Anyone in for a group hug??

Big hug from me as well! I feel very much like you on this. I guess Martin didn't get asked about 'Johnlock' specifically (thank god!) but yes, (Johnlock) love doesn't nevessarily have to mean sex/fucking/boning.

They love each other, for us, in a romantic way, and that's Johnlock, regardless of whether they're having sex (yet ) or not.

I need some more Johnlock in my life!

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

Some interesting points about Granada´s version of Sherlock and their solution to Mary Morstan problem. Quite intriguing in comparison with BBC Sherlock:
