It's a form of meditation. I'm sitting here, just staring at the gif repeating itself... and it starts again... and again... I don't get ANY work done here! 
becoming more and more relaxed... or the opposite? not so sure...
eta: if that was John's view johnlock isn't endgame but was pretty much where everything started (john: "naa, I don't like the flat much, but the view... I definitely move in for the view!")
