Fine, what a sad way to start the morning. Not long ago I also write a little piece about the dancing scene, how he may imagine dancing with John and then Mrs Hudson barges in and starts her lecture about how marriage alters a friendship. And that he always lives alone (which is patently untrue). And then the look to the chair …
