    Now that makes me cry again.  Especially retrospectively when you know why he lets Magnussen do this. Only waiting for the right moment so that John will not be incriminated …

    And I can't help thinking that yes, he's doing this for John... but he wouldn't have to do it if Mary were out of the picture already...

    7:15 AM, and that video made me want to jump off the roof of St. Bart's with Sherlock.  Talk about angst!

    But were there ever two human beings who belonged in each other's arms any more than those two?

    And finally, I was reminded of Sherlock hanging on to his bloody nose while Mary said to him, "You don't know much about human nature, do you," to which Sherlock replied, "Nature?  Human?  No."

    I hated that scene. I hated CAM anyway, but....  I hated how John stood there and took that, and how Sherlock stood by and did nothing. I understand that it was all a plot device, but it made me cringe. Still does, even now.
