What did we say? April 1st? Then ... from Germany we should send it around 4 days before? It's a Tuesday, isn't it?

I just know he is going to LOVE this. Can you imagine his smiles when he starts opening them with all his other mail and then it clicks "hold on, I've seen this logo before..."

Are you guys writing lots in your note? I tend to ramble...I might practice mine, don't want to get it wrong :-/

Okay, so I have finally decided I wanna join the CumberSocks Collective. This involved quite a bit of rubbing my eyebrow in bewilderment at the concept of sending a man I don't know wildly coloured socks, but, hey, I'm always for having more fun in your life, and it sounds like this is certainly gonna be fun.

That said, I actually drove to the next town over today that has a few clothes stores, but unfortunately the only store I found that had socks for men that weren't utterly boring was H&M, and they only went up to size 45. Apparently Benedict has 46, so I didn't go for those.

Now I'm thinking about buying two pairs online, because as much as I try, the rational part of my mind just won't justify driving 20 minutes to the next mall just for a pair of socks that I'm not even going to keep. So here's the two contenders I have picked. Do you think they'd be adequate? Are they too tame?

(Yes, I like stripes.)

Seriously though. I might faint if I ever see him wear one of my pairs...

I also checked out the Danish postage website... they say it takes from 2-5 business days for parcels and letters to get to the UK

In my experience, it can take up to a week for anything to be delivered from Germany to the UK. So we're trying to send them so that they roughly arrive around April 1st? Or does everyone just send them individually when they like?

I am thinking about doing a little bit of cross stitch work on my socks... but I really don't know. and if I did, what would I even do?

I'm not sure I'll be able to load a picture of mine - I'm a bit technically stupid!
I've ordered 3 pairs of stripey Pringle socks in nice bright colours though and they should be here tomorrow
I'm crazily excited about this! Can't think what to write on my note though.
