Hi everyone

I've put in tons of posts already but just seen this thread at the top of the page, and thought I'd best formally introduce myself!

My name's Clare, I'm 32 years old (wishing and sometimes acting as though I'm 18), I'm a sports journalist and I'm probably a bit of a sociopath myself - I'm not good in social situations, I often come across very hard, abrupt and cold, and I don't suffer fools. When I went into college people didn't speak to me for the first week because, they would confess later, they were scared of me. I can assure you I'm not scary (as you've probably guessed from the posts I've already put on here).

I am, however, a massive fan of escapism and I do like chatting with like-minded people, particuarly about things I'm passionate about.

Which brings me here. Hi!
