I actually don't like the way he's laughing there (in the carriage), to me it just seems wrong and fake and I don't know... I prefer him to genuinely smile at John like he did at the end of TSoT, that feels so much more true to me...

I think that when I saw that scene for the very first time and heard Sherlock say his "I heard you", I cried out "Oh my god..!!!" for all my neighbours to hear. 
(And now, everyone from Germany, imagine him say in the dubbed version "Ich habe Sie gehört"...!!! This would be the ultimate bullsh**!
