Sherlock will refuse to eat most of the time but at one point he'll stuff something into his mouth.
Sherlock will make a clever deduction!
Sherlock will behave like an a**hole at least once.
John will fire a gun and hit somebody.
Lestrade will fire a gun and hit nobody.
Sherlock will aim a gun at somebody or something a gun shouldn't be aimed at.
This is fun! 
I could go on and on.
We'll have to check afterwards if everything has come true.

And an amused 'yes' to all of the above… the little 'predictable' habits of a show/characters are great, aren't they? Don't forget Sherlock and John having to run somewhere (or after someone) at some point…..
