Re: Sherlock Elimination Game!

If we'll go on like this, it will only be a matter of time. Yay!

Re: Sherlock Elimination Game!

True. Btw, what might be the reason for choosing this particular quote above of all. As for me, it is a perfect example of Sherlock being socially inept, and I like him being that way

For me, it is one of his first attempts to overcome the social ineptness. That's why I love it.

Re: Sherlock Elimination Game!

Same reasoning for me.

Best Sherlock Quotes (Series 1)

[35] "That, er ... thing that you, er, that you did; that, um... you offered to do. That was, um ... good." + 1
[8] "Don’t make people into heroes, John. Heroes don’t exist, and if they did, I wouldn’t be one of them." - 2

Eliminated:

3. "Dear God, what is it like in your funny little brains? It must be so boring."
4. "So we go round the Sun! If we went round the Moon, or round and round the garden like a teddy bear, it wouldn’t make any difference. All that matters to me is the work. Without that, my brain rots."
5. "Afghanistan or Iraq?"
6. "It's a three-patch problem."
7. "Bored! Bored!"
8. "I’m sure Sally came round for a nice little chat, and just happened to stay over. And I assume she scrubbed your floors, going by the state of her knees."
9. "You should, you know. Sherlock Holmes is nothing at all like him. How would you describe me, John? Resourceful, dynamic? Enigmatic?"
10. "Probably my answer has crossed yours."

Schmiezi and Russell, your comments made me think over. It is touching to see Sherlock fumbling for words to expess his feelings

Re: Sherlock Elimination Game!

What about doing the "favourite episode" one again, now that we have three new episodes?

Favorite Episodes

[10] Study in Pink

[10] The Great Game
[10] A Scandel in Belgravia
[10] The Hounds of Baskerville

Each day you can add 1 point from one choice and subtract 2 points from one choice. The choices that reach 0 will be eliminated, and the last choice will be considered the favorite!  I'll go first, and remember, you can only do this ONCE PER DAY.  Please [BOLD] your selections to make it easier for the next person to see which choices you picked.  I'll trust people to keep up with their own votes.
