*pats Punch* Maybe you haven't had enough to drink, yet... *hands a glass and offers a seat* ;D
Drinks, sweets, (currently) movie swooning (belated 'hear hear!'s for AG and TTSS), maybe someone will take the mic and recite Ben poetry if we get tipsy or sentimentally philosophical enough.

Ok, thanks for enlightening me!
I'll have a Jack Daniel's then. And maybe that after a couple of glasses, I will tell you the story of Little Red Hen...
What do you mean, it wouldn't have the same effect as when told by our dear Benedict???
Killjoys!

Starting the day with a cappuccino (without sugar). Unlike Billy Pitt I drink port only in the evening.

Welcome, Punch, glad you finally joined us! And don't hesitate to tell us about Little Red Hen, I'm sure we'll all be delighted!
And talking about Billy again...

Will he be joining us...? Then count me in.
But no, of course I'll also enjoy a cuppa with you ladies, even if he won't be joining us!

*offers some ice cream on the side of those biscuits, while taking the offered tea from the boys up there*

Sadly His Royal Fineness is filming and cannot make our celebration. However I'm sure he is quite proud of us.
*passes out extra biscuits for ice cream dunking*

Oh please, I can't believe it. My boyfriend just called me and told me that his internet is down right now - and that I might not be able to watch the Graham Norton Show tonight! I have to watch it at his place because my internet is not fast enough, and now this...! Please, please, please keep your fingers crossed that it'll be back to normal tonight!
I think I need a drink now... and a shock blanket.

@Solar: Tawny is a fine medium quality port. You can keep it for a couple of weeks if you store it cool.
Ruby is less aromatic and will not last that long, even in the refrigerator. Sweet and plain.
Vintage is more expensive and can have a "distinguished" character.
It depends on the maturity level.
Try what you like best. Probably you won't drink that large amounts anyway , so maybe price won't matter that much.
I used to love Ruby and prefer now Tawny.
(And, yeah, finally on-topic! )

Harriet, thanks!
I've been reading a bit about it yesterday evening and I'll try 'my' port tonight. I'll probably get gloriously drunk with it if I'm not able to watch Graham Norton...

Sounds like a good plan to me See that the glass you use tapers towards the opening.
