We cannot be sure that they are better informed about things than us. But there seems to be a firm johnlocker pulling some strings, and most importantly, nobody stops him.
Why would anyone want to stop this, anyway?

Btw, they strictly refused the notion of some infamous "intern" having gone wild.
And look at the things they like on tumblr:

Well, pulling our legs for nine weeks last year and then again now would be a bit too much, I suppose. Of course they are joking, but I think there is more to it.
I would wager that there's always more to it. Just sayin'.

I love how they mention the very points we have been going over for months on end. So either they know or they are avid visitors of tumblr. Or both.
Is it only me who sees the sarcasm in this stuff?

No, not just you . But I think it can be taken in different ways, and everybody seems happy with it.

I see lots of sarcasm, but even sarcasm can be interpreted in more than one way.

Hm....sarcasm to have a laugh at the silly shippers, who don't get the gay jokes properly anyway? Sarcasm because there is someone shipping himself and has deep trouble with some things at present? Sarcasm because of some intern knowledge? I don't really get the pointing out of sarcasm behind the tweets, but maybe that's just me.

No, not just you. Because it does not make sense. It would mean that BBC 1 produces a show which makes many people see two of the characters as being in love and then sending off their colleagues from BBC 3 to ridicule these people in public? Would this be the way to treat your viewers, the fans that made your show a worldwide success, that bring you lots of money? I think not.

I love and am amused at BBC three tweeting the johnlock stuff during the live watchalongs. Was clear last time they were having fun with it and after Monday's antics BBC3 is surely the johnlock flagship.
I do think it's purely done for fun and laughs...but nether the less it is an admission from the bbc that there is reason for the johnlock pov.
I don't think anyone exists now that says...there's nothing there at all and no reason for any suspicion/speculation .
It will be interesting to see what comes with the rest of the programmes from BBC3.
by the by..can I just correct..BBC is state funded through the uk publics tv license...but is NOT state run..there are very strong rules on political or religious or any kind of bias and/or advertising....

I loved this, how adorable!

Oh this is sweet!

Oh my gosh, that's really cute. And it kind of made me laugh with the last one (although John would have been even more like Lady in the aired version, because he actually licks his lips), but I guess the point was the similarities in the unaired pilot. Wow.

BBC Three now having fun on tumblr as well:

They are completely mad. They tweeted the pic as well, surrounded by lots of heart emojis.

Nah, they're not mad. Well, not Moriarty-mad, just...yeah. And that kind of mad never hurt anyone. May they continue for a loooong time
