Be, I read somewhere (it was something official that much I can recall) that Mary is John's receptionist.

That sounds more likely to me than the idea of a journalist because in the trailer she is with John in some kind of office. Can be John's medical practice.
When they work together the whole day they might be grateful to spent some spare-time alone, respectively with Sherlock.

^ nurse. She is john's nurse and he says that they met about 6-9 months prior to the season 3 ep 1 timeframe. intreview of Martin Freeman at the premiere.

hmmmm someone reporter has messed up. I heard this at the premeire on one of the videos. was a little shocked-thought this was a little spoilerish for some and the cast was doing a really good job of not doing spoilers...I tell myself I am not seeking spoilers but I also tell myself that if I see them then....I can live with that...I really don't want to ruin the experience but January 1st is so far away and even then that is pending on if I can find a Livestream online

yeah he's sassy...but always a fun person to watch an interview of. The comedic vein is never untapped with Martin. I wonder if the actors realize just how much Sherlock means to some people? I am absolutley shocked at the lack of spoilers online. People are really taking the crew's request to not post spoilers to heart. I am so impressed with this fandom.

I can't take a decision. Though it's less than 2 weeks I need to wait, the problem is that, if there isn't any subtitle, I am not going to understand the episode well. So, a bit spoilerish knowledge will help me. But I would really like to get pure surpise.
Is that tailer a big spoler? Would I regret? Please help me

This link is quite problematic. I am not sure if this material has been approved by BBC. It might have been released without consent and may not be official.
The spoilers are quite massive so watch it at your own risk.
