Well, actually, I like this moment even better, but I can't get it without the credits:

That's true. Plus it is never mentioned in the dialogue. It's just the way it is between the two of them.

Great moment, Schmiezi.

I'm not certain John would agree!

It's an interesting scene where Sherlock practically saves John's reputation by acting as if he was his hostage and not his accomplice. John trusts him completely not to accidentally shoot him. And Lestrade, who probably knows exactly what is going on, gives them a little head start.

So many wonderful details in this short scene. And then of course "Take my hand".

A part of me always tears up a little every time I hear Sherlock say that...
It really is an interesting scene, like QuiteExtraordinary said.
So many of my favourite moments of both series can be traced back to The Reichenbach Fall...as can many of the scenes that make cry

Take my haaand tonight, let's not think about tomorrow...
Simple Plan - Take my hand
Beautiful song, you can really picture John and Sherlock running handcuffed through London together.

Yes, right. That's a good one.
Although, for me it's still the Beatles' song "I want to hold your hand" that always makes me think of that scene.
