Caption Competition Week 23

"Says one mug to the other..........."

No, sorry, just a joke. It's just that I love this picture so much. It is so...... symbolic.

Now to the competition. This time my very own screencap.
Write down your ideas until thursday next week, midnight. Have fun!!

Re: Caption Competition Week 23

Sherlock: He said he'd be here at 12pm... Dammit I never remember whether that means noon or midnight!

(I don't know whether this is realistic for you English guys, but I certainly do have problems with that)

Re: Caption Competition Week 23

ah ah!

Sherlock: Ah, come on, John! It's just a kiss!
John (from below): I said NO! People are going to talk!
Sherlock: But it's 11.58pm! Do you really want me to turn back into a frog?
John: I'll feed you on flies.

(love that screencap and love the mugs picture, btw ;) )

Sherlock:    Yes Mrs. Hudson,  I realize it's the Solstice.   But probably best at this point to set the wine down and put your dress back on.

Sherlock (to himself): Nah, not high enough. Let's take a peek at St. Bart's.

Oh, and for the first pic:

Martin's mug to Benedict's tea bag: No, Benny! Don't jump! Don't do it!

John: "Sherlock, you really have to keep your hands off the drugs. I've had enough of your sleepwalking. And you CANNOT fly!"

Before TRF:

John: You honestly want me to believe that you are practicing to fake your suicide? What a load of rubbish. Tell me what you are actually up to, right now!

Oh dear! *blushing* Spelling has never been my strength, neither in English nor in German...

It's all the forum's fault.

Mistake? I thought that was a clever neologism.

Re: Caption Competition Week 23

Some of you with your captions-  just...  ouch!     I admit my head went the same way as QE's, though....  "Na, na na na na na na I'm Batman!"
The mug, though.... I imagine Ben's saying 'oh c'mon, it'll be entertaining!  I've always wanted to try bungee jumping!  I'll go first, then let you use my line next.'

But for real:
Sherlock, singing:  "Nighttime sharpens, heightens each sensation.  Darkness stirs and wakes imagination…."
John, down below:  "Sherlock!!  You are not the Phantom… would you please come down now?!"

(may I just note that when trying to muse 'night' themed lines and Music of the Night started playing in my head, it's almost horribly, fittingly funny how hard it was to decide between various good lines in there for the boys, plus ones in the Phantom's own song....     )

We solve crimes, I blog about it, and he forgets his pants.  I wouldn't hold out too much hope!

Just this morning you were all tiny and small and made of clay!

I'm working my way up the greasy pole.  It's… very greasy.  And…  pole-shaped.

Re: Caption Competition Week 23

John: "No, Sherlock, it doesn't matter to me what you say, get down there now, you're not a werewolf and this experiment is not going to work!"
Sherlock: "Shh, you're disturbing the moon, John."
John: "Whaaat? Wait... why are you taking your clothes off?"
Sherlock: "For better absorption of the moonlight. Awoooo-uuuuuh"

"-solve crimes?"
"Oh"

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.
