Not sure I've read her.
Christopher Brookmyre is top of the Tartan noir set.
Brutal crime, but with a dark humour.
The bonus with Brookmyre is that you also get philosophy/politics/social commentary.
He is such a bright and interesting guy...and hilarious!
But do not read if easily offended!
