He makes my heart beat double time.
He makes me lick my lips more often than John Watson.
He makes my toes tingle.

Time for..... ???
So weird (to me) to see JLM in the same photo as Ben, since they both play Sherlock now on opposite sides of the pond. Freaky-like. But pleasantly freaky, lol.

Until? I presume Frankenstein is going to be on TV?

Oh, okay. I think I heard that it's been on a really limited engagement tour in the US, just a few theaters in a few cities. I'll never see it, alas. I cannot figure out why quality productions like that don't make it to American TV, but they rarely do.

No, it is shown in selected cinemas in Germany. And one of those is about 20 miles from me. We are going to meet with some members and watch it together.
It has never been shown on TV anywhere, just on stage and later on in cinemas.

I went on the internet and checked, and yes, it was shown here in the US for exactly two days back in June 2012, in very few theaters. I think both versions were shown, with the two actors switching roles. Anyway, that's old news. To my knowledge, it hasn't been shown here since. And yes, no TV. Alas.

I assume by 'here' you mean our country? Sorry… what? A shame you missed all the chatter in the Frankenstein thread when they brought it back, maybe? Because they definitely brought it back here, among other countries, for their 50th anniversary thing… select few big cities, sure, unfortunately, like Chicago, New York, Washington, L.A., but was still willing to making a little trek for the thrill of seeing it! Loved it. ![]()

To me, this is the most human, compassionate and tender face Sherlock ever shows in the whole series when he's trying to soothe Henry: "There never was any monster". In this moment, he reminds me of a father calming his toddler after he's been having a bad dream full of horrible monsters.
I just love this moment and this pic!![]()
