Sam - "I'm your brother, Dean, if you ever need to talk about anything with anybody, you got someone right here next to you."

I'd be teary eyed too if I'd just got punched in the gut. *just kidding*

This is from a S3 trailer? In that case, it qualifies as a spoiler. I didn't even know there was a trailer. I do not want to be spoiled on this thread, but apparently it's too much to ask. I'm not angry, just stating what I believe to be a fact. Sigh.

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

This, too, although I was just thinking of Benedict's looks. It's only four (?) years but his face has changed very much, I think. He looks older and more mature, not in a negative way, of course. His face looks softer here.

AG: This is from an official trailer shown yesterday evening by the BBC after the TRF repeat. Therefore to me it does not qualify as a spoiler. It does not give away anything and is worth watching.

PLEASE: It's fine to post pics of the trailer in here as it has been officially released. But please keep the spoilers regarding the plot of the new episodes in the respective threads. Thank you.

They need to be removed by you, Susi, as soon as you spot them. It does me (and whoever else is trying to remain unspoiled) no good to look at the S3 pictures and read S3 comments about them, only to come upon your warning (in red no less!) farther down the page. Thanks anyway, but unless you're willing to delete them as soon as you spot them, it doesn't help me and whoever else.

The trailer contains no material from S3, it was produced as a stand-alone. I watched it today and you know that I'm squeamish about spoilers, but I didn't feel like it was giving anything away

#EDIT: Forget what I said :-(

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

I am sorry.
Mark Gatiss just tweeted today that all content in the trailer is IN S3.

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Sorry, I'm really doing my best here but the nearer S 3 comes the more difficult it will be to keep this thread clean. In my opinion the trailer is an official thing that is all over the Internet and that cannot be kept away from the board. It does not give away much apart from the fact that all the important characters are there. A fact which we had hoped for. Any speculation as to the plot should be restricted to the spoilers threads. Sorry, but that's all I can do.

I am not surprised to hear the trailer was from S3 stuff-- throwing a bone to the Sherlock-starved public. It wouldn't sooth anyone's soul to see a trailer with a bunch of footage from past seasons, accompanied by a voice over BE SURE TO TUNE IN, IN ANOTHER 4 MONTHS, IF WE CAN MANAGE TO GET IT TO YOU BY THEN kind of message.

I shouldn't complain about any spoilers that seep through on this thread. I know you're doing your best, Susi, at a very hard job. *hugs*

Here's a reassuringly old picture from series 1.

John: "Have you spoken to Mycroft, Molly, uh, anyone?"
Mrs Hudson: "They don’t matter. You do."

I BELIEVE IN SERIES 5!

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

AG: I'm so sorry as I'm the one who started all this here. To be honest, I didn't think I was doing any harm as it came from the official trailer and not something I dragged out of spoilers websites, and that the spoiler itself doesn't give much away, really (you know how Moftiss are, they wouldn't want to spoil the "fun"!). I deleted the Molly pic, it's the only one which gives away but very little. I wanted to delete my comments (which were only speculations, not spoilers but I agree, this is not the right place to even speculate)  as well, but I see Susi beat me to that  sorry again!

Why don't you address me as well?
I decided to watch it this morning after loooong consideration. Now I feel - I don't know...

However, I'm almost able to laugh about it already. So I guess you are forgiven from my side, too
