    The pilot has never been aired, as far as I know. It's only available on the DVD.

    I took this to be the moon scene, which never made it from Pilot Pink to aired Pink...sorry if there was confusion.

    No, some pilots are aired and some aren't.
    In fact, my colleague was convinced the Sherlock pilot had been.
    Took all my strength to persuade him otherwise!
    Anyhow, to clarify:  I love the Moon scene in the Pilot, which didn't make the aired Pink.

    Oh sorry, I just meant that a "pilot" is supposed to be in the "air". If he's not in the air  - "unaired" - he's not a pilot at all. Sorry...

    The moon didn't make it into the aired pilot because everyone convinced Moffit that it looked utterly cheesy (which it did).
