So here is a picture of a hard working and trustworthy photographer who could be a motivator for everyone's work:
That was an entirely wacky scene-- John and the cat, that strange house that was more museum than home, those two odd men who lived there, Sherlock buzzing around with the camera like a wasp on a mission, he and John running out of the house and trotting up the street.

Yes, it has a bit of slapstick about it.

As Mr Prince said: "You’re like Laurel and bloody Hardy, you two."

I also prefer him in a more natural style. Not like the Golden Globes. I mean, he was looking attractive but the tons of make-up they plastered on his beautiful face … You couldn't even see his freckles.

His hair was dreadful at the Globes, too, all slicked down. Why in hell would anyone do that to him? Maybe it's that face of his, so British, so posh, that people think he needs to look like one of those 1920s matinee idols? Ugh. OTOH, whoever created his Sherlock hair, back a while now, was pure genius, IMO. Let it go long, let it curl and blow around-- lovely, unique, sexy as all get-out.

So it's a pity he doesn't like his Sherlock hair as much as we do.

There are no limits to our madness. All the things people suddenly get jealous of. Chairs. Microscope slides. I remember the commentaries about a gif in which he was stroking his own leg.
I remember that gif. It was a very nice gif.

Oh, yes. I think it was from the PBS discussion. Benedict at his best, lookswise.

He has to deal with the less-than-romantic practical aspects of longer hair-- longer hair is harder to maintain and to get it to look like something besides a wild mop when he goes out, without the benefit of a hair stylist's help. There are loads of men who just aren't interested in dealing with too much hair (women too, for that matter-- I'm certainly one of them myself). Hopefully Ben sees with the hair thing as just another aspect his Sherlock character-- part of the role, of putting on his Sherlock personna, and a temporary cross to bear before he can get it cut off again.

I'll do my very best, Mrs W.
AG: He said he looks like a woman with the Sherlock hair. I don't think so but I'm sure it's difficult to style. I suppose he puts some product in it and when they're filming they fluff it up with a hairdryer or something like that to make it more curly. That's my non-professional opinion as a non-hairstylist.
