Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

I think they are so chock full of hairspray that they aren't ruffable at all.

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Just what I needed before bed. A nice big hit of Sherlock! And adding some Richard III. How on earth does he even make him look sexy??

lololol  I don't know how he could stop laughing long enough to strike this pose--  that's why he's a good actor, of course. Whoever did that awful hairpiece should be brought up on charges. Is that a pig hanging on that necklace? Rhino? lol again What?

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Sorry, but I have to play my part of outraged Yorkshire woman here.
Not because of the hairpiece, though I honestly wouldn't have noticed-if it hadn't been pointed out.
But because of the wild boar insignia, for the house of York.
Though actually it is a white boar, specific to Richard.
You realise I can only say any of this at all, because I am totally anti-monarchy!

Wheeee!  I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, so I don't realize anything. About anything.

So that creature on the necklace is a wild boar?  Ugh. Maybe that's why they gave him wild boar hair. ???

But anyway, back on topic, he actually looks really good in the Richard get-up, except for the stupid hair. But I honestly can picture him giggling as he struck that pose, so serious like. Nothing like getting into a character on cue, which is, of course, what he does so well.  This photo is more my speed:
