Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Old Setlock pic - I'm so used to thinking about Ben always being healthy with his lean/muscular features that I was almost shocked to see him drinking a can of coke, lol.

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Maybe it´s Coke Light?

Here is Doctor Strange dancing with a Nepalese boy:

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

That is such a beautiful picture!

And Vhanja I know what you mean! It looks like a regular cola... and I hope it is too... diet stuff is bad for you.

Benedict´s expressions - he is like Proteus, always changeable:

I think I've already said it... but his face is amazing! He really could do silent movies!

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Awesome faces! (And, yeah, it looks like regular coke. The can of Diet coke is silver in colour, at least in Norway).

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

That interview had one of my all time favorite Ben answers.  "How do you feel after a performance of Hamlet"?   "Tired and hungry"!    *giggle*

Most people who are very lean like that (who aren't, you know, sick or anorexic, etc) can pretty much eat and drink as they please. Ben and Sophie both were very very lucky in the gene pool, in more ways than one, I'd say.

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Yeah, I think that Ben is usually quite conscious with what he eats. I once saw this hilarious behing the scenes interview for Sherlock where Ben talks about him and Martin having breakfast. Wtih Ben eating a very healthy and green salad, and not even being able to identify the mass of food Martin is eating.

And Martin confirmed that Ben had great self-control when it comes to what he eats and drinks, to help him keep in shape.

Anyway, this is getting OT. So to get back on topic - here, have some Drunkbatch:

Maybe. As does having no particular interest in food and having those ectomorphic genes.

This scene gutted me fright from the start.  Beeing only a little over a year since I lost my mother, Benedict made Hamlet's grief very real.  Absolutely heartwrenching.

I'll be in the corner crying for a few minutes.

He did that scene way too well.
