Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Yes, also, when you see his mum make a mistake in the one before this one, he looks and her smiling and laughing.  To me, you can see the affection for his mother in his smile.  Or at least, it looks like the way you'd laugh with your mother.  It's weird, but you can see it and it's kind of hard to describe.

EDIT: Out of order, meant in response to the outtake gif.

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

These eyes and the cherubic expression on that face.

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Ouch, poor Ben It looks so funny the way Mark and Martin lean down to laugh while holding their legs, like they're bowing to each other.

I really wish they would show/tell us what was in that matchbox

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Well, apparently it's the inexplicable, so maybe that's why they couldn't.  All it says on John's blog is "Sherlock showed me what was in the matchbox.  I couldn't believe my eyes."  And apparently it was their maddest adventure and Sherlock had to dress as a clown.  So we'll never know.
That smile suggests it could have been something really wonderful or just hilarious.

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Well, this is has been a nice morning! I wonder why he looks so shocked...in that one that looks like it's from the convention.  Either they were talking about something from filming or a fan asked a very shocking question.
